2012-08-05 - SAQ is aware of a bogus email sent to some customers using saqnet.co.uk email addresses, we are investigating the source of the email but would like to reassure customers that this message is spam or junk email and should be ignored and deleted. We never advise customers of a change of this kind via email, emails sent by representatives of the company will always include a contact telephone number.

2012-03-30 - 11.33am - There is currently an issue at the Faraday Exchange in London, that is impacting broadband customers across the country. BT OpenReach Engineers are currently investigating the issue and we will provide further updates as soon as possible. Estimated clear time 14:00. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

2012-02-01 - Essential maintenance on the reseller portal has begun. Anticipated outage of 48 hours. Apologies for any inconvenience, please do call us on 0870 737 77 01 for assistance.

2011-07-03 - Maintenance being carried out on mailsaq.net this afternoon would have caused some users to experience a slight delay in the sending and receiving of mail. Maintenance has now completed as of 1800 and full service has been restored.

2011-04-07 - A network failure on the 21CN network is causing some ADSL2 customers to not be able to connect to the internet. Engineers are working to rectify this issue. Please power cycle your ADSL equipment in the first instance, as not all customers are affected. ADSL2 service has been resumed as of 1930 this evening. Apologies to all those affected.

2011-03-29 - A major service failure at our London datacentre may result in some customers experiencing slow broadband connections this evening. Engineers are on route to replace the faulty equipment and hope to restore service within 3 hours.

2010-12-14 - The SAQ backup service will be offline tonight, 14th December 2010, while essential maintenance is undertaken. Service shall be restored tomorrow. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.

2010-12-08 - A core network failure in the 21cn network identified at 11:50 has caused all ADSL2+ customers to experience problems connecting to the internet. Engineers are investigating and have resolved the issue as of 13:10. Customers who have not logged back on should power cycle their equipment. Our provider is still investigating which could cause intermittent outages on the network over the next few hours. Apologies to all those that have been affected.

2010-12-03 - Emergency maintenance is being undertaken on the backup server this morning. Apologies to any end users affected. This maintenance has now been completed

2010-11-19 - A power outage at our main office in Petersfield has resulted in an early closure today causing support response times to increase a little. Please continue to e-mail your support requests to support@saq.co.uk where they will be answered as soon as possible. Thank you.

2010-11-19 - A problem with SMTP on one of our mail servers, mailsaq.net has been rectified this morning. Apologies to those affected.

2010-11-18 - Due to a problem on part of our network some customers may be having difficulty logging in to services such as broadband & dial up.

2010-11-18 - Network problem resolved 15:55, all services restored.

2010-11-16 - Mailsaq.net services now fully restored this morning. Apologies once again to all those affected.

2010-11-15 - Some customers are currently experiencing a problem with SMTP on one of our mail servers, mailsaq.net as of 9pm. Investigations are ongoing and services are hope to be resumed shortly. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.

2010-10-06 - ADSL2+ customers may have experienced some disruption to service between 6am and 9am due to a supplier network issue. The issue is resolved and normal service is resumed.

2010-09-07 - We are currently experiencing a problem with one of our hosting platforms affecting some customers web and ftp sites, engineers are working to resolve the problem. Engineers have rectified the problem as of 3pm. Apologies to all those affected.

2010-08-27 - A fault on the BT network may have caused some customers to experience a 2 minute outage this morning on their broadband connection. This is now being looked into by BT. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.

2010-02-24 - The reseller portal will be unavailable during the course of today while we carry essential maintenance. Apologies for any inconvenience.

2010-01-22 - A network problem is affecting some customers on our ADSL2+ 24mb platform, engineers are working to resolve the problem. Engineers are still working on this as of 1630. Apologies to anyone affected.

2009-12-17 - One of our hosting systems experienced control panel access issues due to a software problem today, web hosting and web sites were unaffected but customers may not have been able to login to their control panel. This has now been resolved.

2009-12-07 - An ongoing incident in Milton Keynes may affect customers with a degraded broadband service on the following dialing codes: 01173, 01179, 01256, 01730, 01865, 01872, 01980, 0238032, 0238034, 0238036, 0238048, 0238057, 0238061, 0238062, 0238064, 0238065, 0238090 and 0238062. Engineers are on site and working to fix the problem. Apologies to all those affected. Update: Engineers have restored service after an equipment change as of 12:20pm.

2009-12-03 - Due to a fault our 08707 numbers are not working - please call 01730 71 00 80 to contact us. This has now been fixed as of 2pm. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.

2009-11-30 - Some customers who use our spamalizer service may have received an interupt in the delivery of mail over the weekend. This is being looked into while the queue is processing again. Apologies to all those affected.

2009-10-29 - Our virtual server network and one of our mail servers experienced a partial service this morning. A fix has been put in place as of 10.00am. Apologies to anyone affected.

2009-10-14 - Our ADSL2+ Network experienced a partial service for many customers overnight. This has now been fixed as of 9.45 this morning. Apologies for any inconvenience.
